
From Exposition, select View exhibitor information, open an exposition, and double-click an exhibitor
Exposition
Displays the name of the current exposition.
Company
Displays the name of the exhibiting company.
Member Type
Displays the exhibitor's customer type.
Order Status
Displays the status of the order if a cancellation or
transfer has occurred
(C = canceled or CT = canceled or transferred).
Date Contract Recvd
Enter the date the contract was received. Leave this field blank if a contract has not been received.
Priority Points
Enter the number of Priority Points earned by this particular exhibitor.
Main Booth Number
Select the primary booth number.
Program/Catalogue Description
Enter information to be included on an exposition program.
Booth Signage
Enter information to be included on booth signage (company banner).
Current Booth Information
Total # of Booths - Enter the total number of booths ordered by the exhibitor.
Total Square Ft. - Enter the total number of booth square footage ordered by the exhibitor.
Main Booth Number - Enter the primary booth number (the first one entered) for the exhibitor.
Current Booths - Lists the booth numbers that are part of the order. Select a booth number to display the dimensions of the booth.
Dimensions - Displays the dimensions of the booth selected from the list of Current Booths.

Click to display the following options:
■ Contact Maintenance - Opens the Exhibitor Contacts window, which allows you to add or delete contacts and assign the contact type (primary or default).
■ Display Contacts List - Opens the Contacts List window listing the company contact information.
■ Exhibited Products - Opens the Exhibitor Company Product Maintenance window, which lists the products the company is exhibiting and the product master list. See Managing an Exhibitor's Product List for more.
■ Booth Changes - Opens the Booth Change History window, which displays the company's booth history.
■ Company Conflicts - Opens the Company Conflicts window, which displays the companies that conflict with the selected company. See Managing Company Conflicts for more.
■ Service Contractors - Opens the Current Service Contractors window, which displays a list of approved service contractors.
■ Form Tracking - Opens the Forms Status window, which lists the required forms, the date the form must be received, the received date, and the contact person's name.
■ AR Ledger - Opens the Accounts Receivable window, which includes a list of the company's accounting transactions.
To enter exhibitor information
1. Open the Exhibitor Information window:
□ From
Exposition, select View
exhibitor information to open the
View
exhibitor information window.
□ Click Open to display the Exposition Search window, and double-click an exposition.
□ Double-click an exhibitor.
2. Click Edit.
3. Enter all applicable information.
4. Click Save.
